Current Opportunities


Claims Handler

As a Claims Handler, you'll play a critical role in managing insurance claims from inception to completion. You'll work closely with policyholders, insurance companies, and our network of contractors to ensure a seamless claims process and the effective restoration of properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance claims effectively, ensuring efficient communication among all parties.
  • Liaise with policyholders, updating them on claim progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee repair works.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a claims handling role, ideally within the property insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Network Development Manager

The Network Development Manager is responsible for expanding our nationwide network of contractors. This role is crucial to ensuring we have the capacity to respond promptly and effectively to all claims.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new contractors into the network.
  • Manage relationships with existing network members.
  • Ensure all network contractors meet our quality standards and service level agreements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or insurance industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the building repair and restoration industry.
